George W Bush’s “gift” to the Middle East

Over the last hundred years the tribal traditions of the Middles East have persisted. A King, the patriarch of the Saudi family, runs Saudi Arabia. A strongman tribal leader runs Syria. An aggressive traditional religious theocracy runs Iran. A traditional aggressive tribal strongman ran Iraq. Another neighbor of Iraq is Jordan run by King Abdullah. Then comes George W Bush. He looked at the map of the middle east, he choose the most aggressive brutal dictatorial regime and single handedly with a military coop replaced the aggressive brutal murderous regime of Saddam Hussein with a flourishing Democracy. This was accomplished with chief executive determination over the intense screams of the American left.

Even some of Sen. Hillary Clinton's most devoted supporters now privately concede the inevitability of Illinois Sen. Barack Obama's winning the Democratic presidential nomination. Couple's Killer Becomes Only Woman On Florida's Death Row

Tiffany Cole -- the last of the four people convicted in the kidnapping and murders of Carol and Reggie Sumner three years ago -- was sentenced Thursday to two death sentences.

Last year, a jury that convicted Cole of first-degree murder voted 9-to-3 that Cole should receive the death penalty. The final decision was up to Judge Michael Weatherby, who sentenced her to a death sentence for the murders and life in prison on the kidnapping charge.

"This court has had a hard time coming up with a manner of death that could be more heinous, atrocious or cruel, or more painful or vile," Weatherby said before announcing the sentence.
